This movie has to be the movie of the summer, for sure. I heard people talking about The Avengers, is a must see and hearing how much it made in it’s opening weekend, but I never thought it would be as awesome as it was!
The story line, the build up, the action, all of our favorite marvel characters under one roof! It was nearly too much for one person to handle!
As with my other reviews, I am not going to do like some sites and provide spoilers, but I am going to say that this movie keeps your interests from the beginning to the end. We have ever so awesome, comedic relief by Stark (Iron Man) as usual. Thor is there, providing some humor of his own. Hulk being hulk and doing some crazy shit, and Captain America fitting in nicely with the brotherhood/somewhat sisterhood that’s the Avengers.
I would say though, that I have noticed there were hints of this movie being in the development, in all of the other marvel movies, except for Hulk. We already know how that franchise did, but this isn’t the time or the place to discuss it.
Basically the Avenger is Thor’s brah, coming along and causing shit on earth. He incorporates the help of some extra-terrestrial people, who are all after the Tesseract. In exchange to bringing the leader (The Other) of the alien race, Chitauri, this energy source (Tesseract), he will provide his army to Loki to overtake earth.
S.H.E.I.L.D has no other choice but to activate the Avengers initiative , bringing in Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye.
If they can band together and work with each other, they would be invincible towards any force, winning earth for the humans, unbeknownst to mankind (well, sorta, kinda).
Excellent movie. Excellent plot, awesome story line. It is definitely a movie for EVERYONE to see, with no unnecessary sex scene, or love interest building up. Perfect summer movie, if there ever was one.
