A very sweet melody produced by Daniel Bedingfield in his latest hit Sometimes you just know. We are accustom to hearing Daniel singing songs that have a love theme to it, and this song doesn’t fall short of his musical traits. But the awesome and very interesting twist with this new single, is the soca/reggae beat that’s involved in it. Where did a white dude who’s of British descent, get a taste of reggae music? I’d assume it’s the strong mix of Caribbean influence that’s generally seen in the UK the past couple of decades.
Not only are we accustom to hearing love type music from Daniel, it’s always more of a dance beat that goes along with it. For example, we all can definitely say we’ve heard If You’re Not The One or Gotta Get Through This that has that catchy line “I gotta get through this, I gotta get through this, I gotta get through this”, over and over again that it becomes actually quite hilarious how familiar you can be when it comes to this song. I mean how many of us have said these lines over and over again, just hoping that persuasive speech, would literally help us get through this? What “this” situation is at the moment.
